✨I realized that the quickest way to flourish and improve in life is when you are so immersed in some hard challenge that makes you forget yourself. Even just playing a sport, being lost in a story, or connecting with people helps you flourish because you forget yourself. Anything that makes you forget yourself for even moments will help your flourish and grow. It’s a much slower progress when you are so self conscious that it often makes you stagnant.✨

✨These emotions and feeling are always open for you to choose.✨

✨If you use I, Me, or Your Name then you are always referring back to your ego.✨

✨If you walk in a store or a mall or maybe even just down the street you will see control everywhere. The people who control the signs are the people who control you. And they control you because they have studied and researched intensely on psychology and how to control the masses. So it’s not the people themselves who control the world, it is the signs that control the world. The signs that tell you to buy this, look at this or do this and so on.✨

✨I’ve made posts on change before but it’s worth to reconfigure it because understanding this is important. The reason is because change is all around us. Life itself is change. But we are addicted to consistency, we are creatures of habit. We don’t like change and that is the worst thing you can dislike because life is change. Life is in a constantly flow of changing, nothing is the same. Even when you look back a year from now things aren’t going to be the same. So to resist change will only create misery because you are resist life itself.✨
