✨Food from the earth enliven and heal the body. Walnuts are the healthiest nut for the brain. It has minerals and antioxidants that improve and promote healthy brain function. Just like carrots, they are goof for your eyes and if you cut open a carrot, it looks like an eye. It’s not ironic. The food from nature heals and promotes good health for the organs.✨

✨I know what you’re thinking, doesn’t this go against the law of attraction and the foundation of your beliefs? It doesn’t, it goes hand and hand with it. When people think self help, self development, they think positive thinking. Positive thinking is only to get you ready to move. The only way the ball starts rolling is if you take action. Positive thinking is the easy way out, but it often only sugarcoats your reality. The real fix is positive action.✨

✨We all want change in one form or another. But often times the change never comes because we are repeating the same actions we did the day previous. The only way you are going to get change is by changing the actions and things you did the day before. It’s so hard to because we are animals of habit, we like to repeat the things we did the day before. Even our thoughts are repeated thoughts. 90% of the things you think of is just a respected thought. This profound quote in the picture comes from Joe Dispenza.✨

✨Most religions and beliefs systems are passed off as spirituality today. Believing in a religion is stating that you are assuming something that you don’t know. You blindly believe in something that you have no proof of. This is not spirituality. Rather seeking is stating that you don’t know, that’s why you are seeking. You google thing on the internet because you are “seeking” because you admitted you don’t know. Enlightenment is obtained the same way, through seeking because you realized you don’t know. You realize you don’t know anything so you seek answers and this when you obtain enlightenment.✨

✨You probably heard your mom or dad or grandma tell you when you were younger to eat your dinner before your dessert or eat your vegetables before your dessert. This is great rule for living a well balanced happy life. Anytime I eat something, I always eat the bad part first, then the good part. Just like a cinnamon roll, I eat the ends first even though I don’t like them then I eat the middle. This rule should be your rule for anything you do, business, relationships, work, eating, anything. If you want to play video games, then get all your work done first. Go to work, complete your tasks, come home, workout, then after you have all things done, then you can play your games. If you want to smoke cannabis today, don’t wake and bake, don’t smoke all day, get all your work done first then smoke after everything is completed. Basically eat your dinner before your dessert. We all have our pleasurable desserts, it’s okay to have it but only after you have got all your work done. This will condition the mind to only crave reward when it’s completed something. Then when you get your reward, it feels more good.✨

✨There is two Chinese symbols that mean crisis. These symbols are made up by combing danger and opportunity. Anytime you are in danger or a crisis, it is opportunity for you. Often times people’s health tends to instantly improve when they go through a major crisis. Other times people have major success once they go through a financial crisis. Every dangerous crisis always has an opportunity behind it. Just like the saying: “When God closes a door, he opens a window” meaning when in times of crisis, there is opportunity. When your bank account gets drain, it is opportunity to learn how to gain massive wealth. Every crisis has an opportunity✨
