Before reading this article, let it be known that I’m not here to tell you how to make money or the fastest way to make a lot of money. I’m only here to explain what really makes people the most money in life.
From the many different types of people I’ve met over my years, there is one thing that stands out between the people who make a lot of money and the ones who don’t make as much.
Anytime I meet someone with a lot of money, I can’t help but study them and figure out what makes them so wealthy. It’s the one thing that intrigues me when meeting people. Sure having intelligence and being street smart has a big effect on making money but it’s only an advantage. It’s only the turbo in a sports car, not the engine itself.
Let’s face it, we all want to be wealthy and have a lot of money. But when we talk about being rich, we aren’t talking about making billions to trillions of dollars like Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk. To be their type of rich, you must be very intelligent and be a very hard worker. The rich we are talking about is $100,000 to $100,000,000. This type of wealth doesn’t require a lot of intelligence, a degree from Harvard or 10,000 hours of hard work. Those things help and elevate you to reach that type of wealth but it’s not the main factor.
The rich we are discussing only takes one thing you must develop and improve.
This Will Make You The Most Money In Life.
What is different between the rich and the poor is not their brains or hard work but their social skills and personality. At the end of the day when making money, you must be in it for the people. You must be a people person. All the rich people I’ve met are good at handling people and making people like them. That have a great personality that gets along with everyone.
You can simply be hired to work for someone you met making 6 figures simply because they liked you and your personality. You can climb the ladder in your company simply because you have good social skills. No one wants to hire or promote someone with a bad personality or bad social skills.
That was one thing that all the rich of the people have in common and that is good social skills and a great personality. To grow your business you must good at talking and getting people to like you. If people don’t like you because your people skills are terrible or your personality is bad then it’s going to be much more difficult to make a lot of money.
We Are All Salesmen
In this world today we are all salesmen, selling ourselves to everyone we meet. Every time you meet someone you sell yourself with your social skills, personality and your look. You must master all 3 to be able to sell yourself to anyone. It’s a deadly combination of people skills, personality, and looks(how you present yourself) that allows you to get anything you want in life, especially money.
Every time you leave your house or do something that involves a social interaction you are selling yourself to others. You do it by how you look, what you say, and how you make people feel.
That was one thing that the people with not a lot of money lacked and that was social skills and a bad personality. No one wants to hire or for a big position or wanted to do business with them because of their terrible social skills and personality.
So I say to you today, if you want to make a lot of money and have many connections in life, then develop and improve your social skills and personality. Your personality can be altered at anytime in your life.
